Our SUD-MH program serves those who struggle with opioid addiction and other substance use disorders.
We understand the road to overcoming addiction is unique for each individual. We're here to offer unwavering support, personalized care and a beacon of hope for a brighter tomorrow. Coastal Health & Wellness utilizes an integrated treatment approach to meet your medical and mental health needs.
- Register with our clinic and establish care with one of our providers.
- Undergo a full health assessment to determine the severity of their substance use disorder and identify any underlying or co-occurring diseases or conditions, the effects of substance use on the patient's physical and psychological functioning and the outcomes of past treatment.
Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) refers to the use of certain FDA-approved medications to relieve drug and alcohol cravings and may be a rehab option for patients with alcohol and/or opiate use disorders. Education will be provided about how the medication works, risks and benefits.
